Van Den Vodka is a premium vodka made from 100% wheat and natural water, distilled for a smooth, complex taste.
History
Johannes Franciscus Van den Heuvel (1826-1873) learned from his stepfather how to make alcohol. After all he was a miller, and grain was abundant. So, what we would call a forerunner of vodka.
In 1694, his great-great-grandfather, Paulus vandenHeuvel (1658-1730), together with his brothers and sister, inherited a brewery, a beer cellar with barrels and an inn. A brewery that had been in the family since 1571.
And just before WWII, his grandsons Hubert and Achille Van den Heuvel took a majority stake in Spring Water from the Belgian Ardennes.

The spirit of trade as well as involvement in drinks were already wovenlike a thread through his family history. And now - four and a half centuries after that purchase of a brewery in 1571 - the artisanal tradition continues with 'van Den'. Vodka, made with the purest natural water and of course with grain (100% wheat) as he made it almost two centuries ago.
